Pick-A-Lilly cupcakes is able to cater for special dietary requirements such as , gluten-free or dairy free. Please let us know when placing the order or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Please be aware that some of the ingredients used to fulfil a Client’s order may contain nuts, the cakes not containing nuts are still prepared in and around nuts so Pick-A-Lilly is unable to cater for a nut allergy requirement. 

Please note, once the cupcake's have been collected / delivered, the risk of damage passes to the client.

Full ingredient listings are provided with each order and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that anyone who is consuming the cake is made aware of any allergens present.

You have 5 calendar days to notify us of an intention to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We need to receive the item 7 days from acknowledgement of the return.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the order number or proof of purchase to be eligible of a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Delivery will be same day if ordered before 12pm, anything after will be the following day.

If you have ordered gluten free, dairy free or a bespoke order we will discuss the timing with you when placing the order.
